She brings over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and people operations, including leadership roles at Alstom, Capgemini and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and earlier at emids, ScaleneWorks and other firms. That background in building teams, aligning stakeholders and running large, process-heavy functions shapes how RevRoom designs workflows that people actually adopt.
